Appointments Strongly Encouraged

As of May 1st, 2024 we are requiring appointments for all Express Service visits in an effort to reduce the time customers wait for their vehicle to be completed. A limited number of walk-in customers will still be accepted but we’ll be fitting them in between confirmed appointments.

Your Consultation Time

Please understand that we have a busy shop and we cannot fully predict repair durations or service durations. Your scheduled time is to meet with your Service Advisor. It is NOT the time work will begin on your vehicle as that will vary depending on shop workload, staffing and other issues. Typically, a routine service such an oil change can take up to two hours. Please take advantage of our courtesy transportation options to get you to your next meeting rather than worry about whether your car will be completed in the time you’ve budgeted. We offer free wifi and gourmet coffee options in our complimentary coffee bar so you can catch up on reading, podcasts or work while you wait.

Scheduling Online

If you are worried about contacting a dealership for service and trying to find a time that works for both parties, not to worry.  When using our convenient online scheduling tool, you can pick a time that works for you, notify us about the service you need to be performed, and even order parts ahead of time. If you don’t see a slot open for your service please feel free to reach out to our team directly. Though the schedule may not have openings, it’s possible we could shift something around to accommodate you. Also, we do still welcome walk-ins though an appointment is recommended to avoid long wait times.
