35 years in the Automotive Industry, and all with Subaru! I love this brand and it is in my DNA. I also love my family, friends, community with my whole heart. I am happily married to Gunnar Heuberger, have 3 adult children, Skyler, Savanna, Son-In-Law Marshall, Josh and 2 beautiful Grandchildren Jackson and Mason. I have dogs, cats, horses and chickens so I think it is probably and understatement to say I am an animal lover.
I do Natural Horsemanship and Dressage with my horses and love to trail ride with them as well. I grew up in Oregon originally water skiing and fishing at the early age of 4yrs. So I am a huge water baby and still love the water. I also love snow skiing and riding my bike, running, and weightlifting. There was a time in my late 20s that I was a competitive body builder. I also love music and play the guitar and all my kids are very musical as well. My husband Gunnar and I love to travel and our favorite places to go are Greece, Italy and anywhere the snorkeling is good and the water is warm. I am looking forward to meeting you. John is a U.S. Army veteran, avid Jiu Jitsu practitioner, and dog dad. He started as a lot technician washing cars and has been involved in Marketing, Service, Parts, Accounting, and Business Development. John has been the General Manager since 2019.
I have been in the auto industry since 2006 and I began my career in sales with Heuberger Motors in 2008. Although I enjoyed my time in sales, I was given the opportunity to advance to Service Manager in 2016. I enjoy working with our staff I am a longtime Subaru owner and enjoy strength and conditioning training, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
Alex Gauthier has led marketing at Heuberger Subaru since 2017, spending more than a decade helping adventurous Coloradans find practical vehicles for decidedly adventurous lives. An Army veteran and NADA Academy graduate, Alex is equally at home untangling GA4 attribution reports, wandering the mountains, or repairing something on his 1984 Volkswagen Vanagon (It was working perfectly well yesterday, I swear). When he isn’t at Heuberger, he can usually be found outdoors, planning his next adventure, or being quietly judged by his Doberman, Eiger.
Charlie is a U.S. Army combat veteran with two tours in Iraq and a longtime Colorado Springs resident who enjoys helping people find the right vehicle for their needs. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and father, an automotive enthusiast, and a proud owner of a ’13 Subaru WRX STI. He enjoys spending time with his family and their dogs and cat, working on cars, and exploring Colorado. Charlie brings a straightforward, no-pressure approach to every customer he works with.
Paul is a U.S. Army veteran who proudly served as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. He has been helping Heuberger Subaru customers find the right vehicle since 2015 and currently serves as the Equity & Leasing Director. Known for his honesty, sense of humor, and relaxed, no-pressure approach, Paul takes the time to listen and understand what each customer truly needs. He strives to make every purchase or lease straightforward, comfortable, and enjoyable from beginning to end.
I’ve been a proud member of the Heuberger Subaru team since 2015. Colorado Springs has been my home since 2001, and I enjoy fishing, camping, and bowling with my three kids in this beautiful area.
I recently just started here at Heuberger Motor’s Subaru in April! I am a local resident here in Colorado Springs, graduated from Coronado High School! I enjoy playing and watching sports! I referee High School and Middle School basketball. My favorite teams are the Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, and Rockies. I am currently play on a men’s baseball team and always up for a pickup game! I also enjoy learning and doing new things, spending time with family, and being outdoors! I do have two dogs Bruno (Pitbull) and Luna (Germen Shepard)!
I am a Colorado Springs native. I have a passion for anything that has wheels and an engine. I enjoy spending my weekends camping with my girlfriend and our two dogs. Being able to fish and ride my dirt bike while on our adventures is also a plus!
I have worked in the Heuberger Service Department at since 2015 and look forward to many more years with the Subaru brand!
