These services require us to source parts before your visit, so it is vital that we confirm with you via telephone before you schedule. Appointments Strongly Encouraged

As of May 1st, 2024, we require appointments for all Express Service visits in an effort to reduce the time customers wait for their vehicle to be completed. A limited number of walk-in customers will still be accepted, but confirmed appointments are strongly recommended.

Your Consultation Time

Please understand that we have a busy shop and we cannot fully predict repair or service durations. Your scheduled time is to meet with your Service Advisor. It is NOT the time work will begin on your vehicle, as that will vary depending on shop workload, staffing, and other issues. Please take advantage of our courtesy transportation options to get you to your next appointment, rather than worry about whether your car will be completed in the time you’ve budgeted. We offer free Wi-Fi and gourmet coffee options in our complimentary coffee bar, so you can catch up on reading, podcasts, or work while you wait.
